Vitamins & Hair

We all know that following a healthy diet can lead to a killer body, but did you know that a healthy diet can also contribute to a beautiful, healthy head of hair? There are certain vitamins that promote healthy hair, and I’ve outlined them in the following video. You are so right about maintaining a healthy diet not only for you body, but hair,skin and nails. My hair was falling out alot. I know the relaxer had alot to do with my hair loss, but I just found out about 2 weeks ago that I was anemic (iron and B12 deficient), so I am taking a multi-vitamin with iron.
