Twenty Minutes A Day Can Keep The Doctor Away

Summer is right around the corner, so many of us are trying to get in bikini shape today. One of the reasons why many of us shy away from exercise is because we feel that it takes up too much time and energy. After all, once you've worked an eight-hour shift, do you really have time to workout? The answer to this is YES!

Studies have shown that 20 minutes of physical activity a day is enough to produce results internally and externally (Read the following article for more info: How Much Exercise is Really Necessary?). In other words, you can get a bangin' body and lower your risk of cardiovascular disease. Of course you'll reap more benefits from a longer workout, but 20 minutes is a great place to start. In fact, 20 minutes is less than the amount of time it takes to watch an episode of your favorite sitcom. Therefore, why not jog in place while watching television, or do some other form of exercise right in the comfort of your own home? Trust me, your body will thank you for it!

Since you are always sharing information with us to help keep "us" divas on our toes...I'm returning the favor. I ran across this site that has 20 cardio/circuit routines you can easily do at home. I checked out the website and I think it's awesome. Hopefully, you can find some helpful info on routines as well.
