Get Fit at Home for Little to No Cost

Don't own a gym membership and want to get fit? There are many activities you can do in the comfort of your home, for free! Below are a few suggestions for those of you who are on a tight budget, but wish to get started on that New Year's Resolution you made to yourself to get fit:

-Dancing: Just turn on the radio or pump your favorite CD and get moving!
-Jumping rope: Try jumping rope in your living room or backyard. You can burn up to 300 calories in a 20-minute session, and it'll only cost you $10.00 or less, the price of one jump rope ;).

-On Demand: Don't own any exercise videos? No sweat. If you subscribe to cable, On Demand has a plethora of options for you to choose from. Just browse under the "Sports & Fitness" Section and select the activity that appeals to you most.
-Jogging in place: You may feel silly doing this, but trust, your body will thank you for it later!
