Makeup

Sea Green

For fathers day, I wore a light green shirt and decided to make up my eyes to match. The result was what I'd like to call sea green. It started off light green like shallow water, and then dissolved into a deep, bluish green hue. Here are the products I used to create the look:

  • NYX jumbo eye shadow pencil in Horse Raddish
  • Urb by Urban Decay
  • Dark green color by Icing (I hate that their eye shadows don't have actual numbers/names)
  • Night Sky by Ulta
  • EP24 Unforgettable palette by L.A. Colors

Application:

#1. Prime the lids with Urban Decay primer potion (I do this step every time I apply eye shadow).
#2. Fill in the lid (the area below the crease) with the NYX jumbo eye shadow pencil in Horse Raddish. This will give the other colors something to stick to.
#3. Apply Urb by Urban Decay to the inner corner of each eyelid.
#4. Apply the darker green color by Icing to the center of each eyelid. Blend.
#5. Apply Night Sky by Ulta to the outer corner of each eyelid and drag into the crease. Blend well.
#6. Trace a thin line underneath the brow with the NYX jumbo eye pencil in Horse Raddish.
#7. Highlight the rest of the brow bone with the 4th color from the left in the EP24 Unforgettable palette (This is a golden brown color).
#8. Sweep Urb by Urban Decay underneath the eyes.
#9. Apply black liquid eyeliner to the upper lids and fill in the lower lash line with a black eye pencil.

I applied Loverush blush by Mac to the hollows of my cheeks and highlighted my cheekbones with my fav golden bronzer by Icing. I then finished off the look with a generic pink lip gloss and a smile!

Beautiful! Thanks for taking the time out to show and tell us what you used! I am going to start printing these out and make a makeup-look scrap book!
