How to Act Like a Naturally Thin Person

I stumbled across an article on Yahoo! Shine that instructs those of us with a little extra meat on our bones how to adopt the habits of those that are naturally thin. Now, I'm aware that incorporating protein in one's diet is a great way to keep the appetite satiated, and that avoiding cream in one's coffee can easily knock off extra calories. Yet, I had no idea that I should "alternate standing on one leg" while brushing my teeth. Apparently, doing this balancing act can assist in developing strength in the body's core muscles. This is a really great article. I really liked the one about the comfy clothes. I'm a college student and I know for sure that I walk way more when I'm in my sweats and t-shirts compared to when I have to dress up for a presentation. The leg lifts while waiting for coffee was an excellent one too!

I guess being fidgety helps burn calories. The bottom line is, we gotta keep our bodies movin'!
