Just Dance 2 for Wii

I love to dance, and now that I'm trying to get my pre-baby bod back, I figure I need to find fun ways to workout in order to stay motivated. I asked my hubby to get me a dance game for Christmas, and Santa delivered!

Just Dance 2 for Wii is a great cardiovascular workout. I pop this sucker into the Wii and follow the moves to some of my fav songs. Unfortunately, the musical selection is quite limited, so I dance to my fav songs on the DVD, not my fav songs in life, LOL!

Some of my favorite routines to jam to on this DVD are "Jump" by Kris Kross, "Proud Mary" by Ike and Tina Turner, and "That's Not My Name" by the Ting Tings. I really wish this were a Karaoke game, 'cause I think I may like singing along with the songs just as much, if not more than dancing to them :-). I'll dance to a random selection of songs for a good 30 minutes, which is more than long enough to work up a sweat. Once I get better conditioned, I'm gonna buy the Michael Jackson The Experience DVD. Now that, I've heard, is such a great workout, it will have you calling the paramedic!

You will love the Micheal Jackson The experience for the Wii. I have both games and I find that working out to Michael Jackson is way better than working out to just dance 2.

i absolutely love Just Dance 1 and 2. I haven't had a chance to check out Michael Jackson, but i am sure it is great. Have you ever tried Kettle bell exercises?

Hello, I know you recently had the baby and I was wondering if you had an exercise regimen while you were pregnant? I am about 7 months now and I walk daily I just wonder if you did anything particular for this time of life.

OMG Lemme tell you....that Michael Jackson Wii game....the business!! I, too, hate feeling like I'm working out, so I used Just Dance 1&2 and the MJ game. With these, I feel I can go longer than my usual 30 minutes becvause it's fun! Get the MJ game ASAP! Also, if you have tried Zuumba, they have a Wii Zuumba game. The routines can be redundant, but it's still fun.

I may be a little late, but you will love the MJ game. I got my son doing it with me and he loves it too. As for Just Dance 2, I've also downloaded additional songs which I think is a neat feature.
