Hey luv, Ur hair looked fabulous. And I want that pink dress u had on too!I feel ur pain on the first pic b/c my hair texture is like urs and somedays I just don;t feel like doing anything to this stuff so i keep it in a bun alot. Also what hair products do u use when straightening b/c I'm finding that my IC heat protectant is not helping the frizz when I straighten my hair bc it's so humid in Maryland.

Thanks ladies! To answer your question, I am currently in experimentation phase now that the one I was using, the One 'n Only Ceramic Silk Thermal Protection Ironing Crème, has been discontinued. However, to protect my hair from heat, I start by applying a moisturizing leave-in to my hair, followed by the heat protection cream, and then I spray some of the Megasilk Olive Heat protection spray I've featured in several of my vids in my hair. This "cocktail" works great for my hair.

HerStyler got me in the mall too girl! lol I love mine though and it's been holding up through the nearly 3 years I've had it. Though, to be fair, I don't use it much. I didn't get the glove but I did get the pouch and a stand to put the flat iron on/in so that I don't have to worry about burning my counter or table. Also, my temperature is listed as Celcius which makes it even more difficult to determine the actual temp! Your results were great! When air drying vs. blow drying, do you find that you have to use smaller sections when flat ironing since your hair is not already partially straight?
