Naturally Fierce Hair & Fashion Make CBWW's 4th Annual Family Health & Beauty Expo a HOT Family Affair 

ATLANTA, GA, OCTOBER 26, 2011--This year, The Center for Black Women's Wellness has added a special bonus to their annual Family Health and Beauty Expo (FHE). The Naturally Fierce Natural Hair and Fashion Show is a bonanza of beauty and style designed to inspire women with fresh fall fashions and looks. Featuring members of the natural hair community, recognized fashion designers and new singing sensations, Naturally Fierce is an opportunity for FHE attendees to go beyond the screenings and health info and focus on looking good while feeling good.

Naturally Fierce takes place from 2:30-3:00 P.M. on November 5th during CBWW's 4th Annual Family Health &; Beauty Expo (FHE). FHE is the annual FREE community event sponsored by CBWW and local and national health care organizations to provide health resources to Atlanta's uninsured families.

Highlights of Naturally Fierce include:

Natural hair show hosted by popular natural hair show Tress Talk.

Hair show models from Atlanta's natural elite bloggers such as Curls, Coils and Kinks; Me, My Hair and The City, Bossy Girl 1980 and Atlanta Natural Hair Care plus the editors and journalists of new natural hair magazine Mhe, all hosted by Tress Talk.

Fashion models ripping the runway in hot fall fashions provided by The Gap at Atlantic Station, custom designs from contestants from Fashion Uncorked 2011 and new looks from plus-sized line Curvato Clothing designed by 90's girl-group star Nicci Gilbert of Brownstone.

Additional highlights of the Family Health and Beauty Expo include:

Free screenings and health tests, including Diabetes, Mammograms, HIV, cholesterol, prostate cancer and high blood pressure and flu shots.

Entertainment, group workouts, healthy cooking demos and an interactive health panel focused on Holistic Health & Wellness for the family.
