In today's world, you'll see a lot of people who like to brag and boast about their accomplishments, for many like to believe that they and they alone are responsible for what they have achieved. Yet, recognizing that we are nothing without God enables Him to work harder in our lives, for when we fall back, we make room for His power and strength to be exemplified through us.
"But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me." 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
