Exercise


Take the stairs!

When I worked in an office setting, nothing aggravated me more than to see co-workers taking the elevator instead of the stairs. I know some of you may be thinking, what's wrong with that? A LOT, especially since we were only in a three-story building! Most folks were too lazy to even walk up one flight of stairs, let alone two!

For those of you who claim you don't have time to exercise, a simple way for you to incorporate physical activity into your day is to take the stairs anytime you have the option of doing that versus taking the elevator. You'll be amazed by the improvement you'll see in your conditioning level. And, for those of you who want a butt like Kim Kardashian's, walking up and down stairs helps tone the glutes, thighs, and calves.
