The next time you get a craving to munch on something in between meals, consider popping a bag full of popcorn. Popcorn is a whole grain that can help you get a good dose of fiber. girl this is exactly what I do when I am craving at night, sweet or salt just pop it lol. I usually by the seeds and do it myself. so freshhhh. try it, guarrantee A+ lol.
