Hey y'all,
I was a little bummed out for pigging out over the weekend. I normally allow myself two cheat days a week, but those two turned into three, and almost became four if I hadn't caught myself. I made sure to get back on track today. I just wanted to let all you ladies know that you shouldn't feel discouraged if you fall off the wagon. Just know that tomorrow is another day, and you can get right back in the swing of things before they get too out of control.

Thank you for those encouraging words. I appreciate them, especially when I have gotten off my diet wagon for a two months now. Today, I did something about it and started exercising, again.
