Wave Goodbye to Arm Jiggle

Want strong arms like the first lady? According to Prevention magazine, if you do bicep curls with weights, try lowering the weights slowly for an added, muscle building effect. Focusing more on the lowering phase of weight lifting "places extra stress on the muscle fibers, making them stronger" (April 2009, pg. 14). I don't know about you, but I'm going to try this little bit of advice the next time I hit the gym, because no one wants arms that wave back when they say goodbye!

Quick question...have you tried hot yoga?

Hey miss. No, I've never tried hot yoga. In fact, I've never tried any form of yoga, although I am curious...I hear pilates works even better.

I plan to try out the hot yoga next week. I'll let you know what I think about it.
