Exercise

Indoor Rock Climbing

I shared with you ladies last week that I was going indoor rock climbing over the weekend. That was the first time I'd been in a long time, so I had forgotten what a great upper body workout it is! I've said many times before that getting fit doesn't have to be boring, and indoor rock climbing was so much fun! Here is a pic of me climbing the wall:

You got me interested in finding new ways to work out without feeling bored...I am afraid of heights...I don't know if I'd try it...actually...I do like to challenge myself...wow! I just contradicted myself. LOL! OH well...Have you tried the pole fitness? I wanna try that...

OOh Strawbaree, you're wild girl! Pole dancing?? LOL. You know I'm playing. Heck yeah I want to try that! I haven't done it yet, but it looks like sooo much fun! I hear it's a great workout, and I'm sure it does wonders for your marriage too :-). XOXO

That looks so much fun! I don't think we have a rock climbing facility here, but I will definitely research for whatever city I visit next time because I am always traveling!

I too am afraid of heights. Someone would have to come up there and get me down from the third step because I would be so scared. Looks like a lot of fun. The pole workout looks fun too. I sat in on one of those classes. I agree that will help in a lot of different aspects of life. LOL
