Exercise

Double the Pleasure, Double the Fun!

Research has shown that working out with your significant other can do wonders for your health AND your relationship. And if your mate is calling you "165" (my weight)as your pet name around the house. That will make you want to go exercise.

Now this post was right on time today!...My fiance is in town today and his is on a workout mission to get back to his old athletic physique...(I personally love the way he looks now)...but he wanted us to go workout today...I hmmm'ed and haaa'ed made excuses how I just got over two back to back bronchitis episodes...but your post Dprincess was in the back of my head , and I felt guilty after reading todays blog and sitting on my but! Then I read it agin about how it can create that feel-good feeling after the workout, (and I felt the guilt of knowing what you just blogged about again), so I got dressed and off my butt..and guess what?...it sure did....by the middle I even jogged a little bit and was enjoying the view with him running topless!...Woohoo!...Can't wait to workout out again tomorrow with my boo!

I completely agree with this article. After 10 yrs of marriage & 1 kid, my husband and I have put on way too much weight. Both of us are trying to live a healthier lifestyle. When we go on our "family" walks it gives us time to talk, laugh and play. We all feel much better afterward.
DPrincess28 - i enjoy your site! I'm glad I "stumbled" across it. You provide some really good tips.
