Okay, so now that I know how to successfully apply false eyelashes (after much trial and error, trust me), I have decided to stock up on some for future outings. I only plan to wear them on special occasions, because I know I have an addictive personality and can therefore wear falsies everyday now if I'm not careful. Yet, I have been blessed with a decent set of lashes that stand out pretty well thanks to ten coats of Sky High Curves mascara by Maybelline :-). So, I really am only going to use these for when I go out. I know #138 is the bomb, because I wore those the last time I went out (Smokey Hot Pink Eyes with Falsies). Yet, since I'm not quite familiar with the wide range of lashes available, I decided to get a variety to see which ones will give me the dramatic look I desire.

Below are pics of all the lashes I purchased. They were only $1.49 each at my local beauty supply store. Once I know which ones work best, I'll definitely stock up on them. Oh, and for those of you who haven't checked out ELF or Red Cherry lashes, please do! They offer some really dramatic, blinged out looks at great prices. You can cop ELF lashes at; and Red Cherry lashes at

Wow! Those are very nice! I have never worn false lashes, they look fun! Do they have human lashes like they have human hair weaves?

I'm sure they do. I know J. Lo wore some lashes once that were made out of some type of animal fur. I know they cost a grip.
