Food as Preventive Care

We all know that food is an important factor in maintaining good health, but more and more studies show an undeniable link between poor health and an unhealthy diet. Illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain forms of cancer can be brought on by poor nutrition. In addition, issues such as acne and fatigue can be exacerbated by poor nutrition. Many ladies tend to diet solely for the sake of vanity, but the truth of the matter is, whether you focus on health or looks, eating right and exercising will help you feel and look better.
