Exercise
If you only have twenty to thirty minutes to devote to exercise, you want to make sure that you're engaged in an activity that's going to optimize your calorie burn. Raising your heart rate is essential so that you can improve your cardiovascular health and optimize your weight loss efforts. If you had to choose between jumping rope for thirty minutes or jogging for thirty minutes, do you know which activity will get you into your skinny jeans the quickest? The following quiz, which compares various forms of exercise, will help you learn which activity will give you the results you desire. Take it here: Which Exercise Burns More?
Surprisingly, I failed the test miserably. Let me know how well you score.

Wow, I got 3 correct. I learned alot though.
Whoa! My score was bad.
lol, although I haven't been very active lately, I passed the test with flying colors...go figure. Exercise is one of the many things I'm working on to help me look and feel better. I do want to thank you for your site. I did the BC on the 12th of this month and I have vowed to take better care of my natural hair, to nurture it and watch it grow. You give me, and Im sure everyone that reads your blogs inspiration. Thanks once again.
I got 5 out of 9 correct. Not the best lol
It said I am practically a fitness expert!
That's great Bluebonnet!
Soultrii, you and me both, LOL! I definitely didn't think that swimming burned more calories than walking, but I guess I can see why.
