My 28 Piece Neutral Palette Has Arrived!
Yesterday I received the 28 piece Neutral eye shadow palette I ordered off of Ebay (Check out "And the winner is…" for more details). It took about ten days or so for it to arrive, which isn't bad considering that it shipped all the way from Hong Kong. I can tell by the way the palette was packaged that the seller takes very good care in ensuring that the colors stay in tact during shipping:
The mailer it arrived in
The box containing the palette
And finally, the palette!
The seller included a tiny gift with the palette, but I'm not quite sure what it is:
By the picture on the package, I can tell that it's something for the hair, but I don't know what exactly I'm supposed to do with it. Oh well, it's the thought that counts!
Here are a few swatches of the colors:

I can tell that the payoff isn't all that great, so I'll definitely have to use a primer (I used UDPP on my arm before applying the colors), which is standard practice for me anyway. Some of the colors are really beautiful (especially the ones with shimmer…I love shimmer!), and I can't wait to put together some fab looks with this palette! Definitely look out for a tutorial soon…

Enjoy. You may need to use a colored base to intensify the color of the shadow. Looking forward to seeing what looks you come up with.
Thanks for the tip. I was thinking about getting that NYX jumbo eye shadow pencil in milk. I've seen quite a few ladies use that as a base...
The extra gift is supposed to keep your hair out of your face when you do your makeup. It sticks to it kind of like velcro.
Oh, I see. Thanks Shandy!
Hey, any ideas on if you love this or not? I saw and love the colors online, just wondering if it's worth my $20 or not. Please give an update whenever you get a free minute
