Hey Divas,I know I've been away for a while, but it's been for a good reason! For one, I've had to work more to survive in this crappy economy, which means that I have less time to devote to my blog and YouTube channel. In addition, I've been working on a very big project for the past nine months...
A baby! My family and I feel so blessed to have a new addition! For those of you who have kids, I'm sure you understand when I say that pregnancy can be quite an experience! There are soooo many things that they just don't teach you in sex ed, and since every woman and pregnancy is different, you just never really know what to expect. With that said, I just want to say thanks to those of you who have continued to show your support despite little to no posts. I would also like to thank the newcomers for choosing to follow Protecting Your Crown & Glory. Welcome!
Today's post is dedicated to all things baby. For those of you who are trying to conceive or are currently pregnant, I would like to wish you all the best! Hopefully new and veteran mothers will chime in on some of today's topics so that those of us who are entering parenthood can learn something that may make this transition a little bit easier.

Congrats! Your hair is looking awesome. Hopefully this time around my hair will start to grow and not fall out during this pregnancy. With my soon my hair began falling out and sense finding your youtube cancel and blogsite last year and going natural my hair has grown. Congrats on the new addition! I just wanted to say after watching your YouTube vids I made a vow that I will not relax my hair again! I even washed my hair and did the buns...I was truly motivated. I was one of those women that swear kinky hair cannot grow long...but I'm up for the challenge...I will be sure to keep you posted on my progress...Cheers to a brand new me!
