Step Away From the Fried Chicken! Now, we all know that fried foods aren't good for us, but did you know that 30% of heart attacks worldwide are attributed to a poor diet? In fact, fried and salty foods are the main culprit for this dilemma
(Prevention magazine, February 2009, pg 62). I love me some French fries, but I only eat them from time to time. It's best to load up on fruits and vegetables--heart-healthy foods, and consume the decadent items in moderation. Remember ladies, it's all about moderation, not deprivation!
