Exercise
On Saturday I went belly dancing with some friends, and let me tell you, that was a workout! I love to dance, and this class combined hip hop moves with traditional belly dancing gyrations. I've said many times before that exercise doesn't have to be boring. My thighs are still sore from dropping it like it's hot!

I agree totally, I'm a witness to the belly dancing. I like doing it for free on the fit channel a show called Shimmy comes on every Tuesday (i think) and most of the time I DVR it so I can play it back and do it whenever I like. I love it! Thanks for the post.
Yep it is the best. Also D, have you tried the weighted hula hoop. Girlllll I love that thing. I have been using it for a year and have lost at least 10 inches on my waist. Sure I want the smallest waist in the world so I am a bit obsessed with it, but when you have a chance if you haven't already check it out. I got mine on sports-hoops.com let me know if you've tried it before.
