Meatless Mondays Work!

If you've read the My Regimens section of my blog, then you know that your girl likes to go two to three days without meat. Well, according to the latest issue of Prevention magazine, "Just one meatless day per week may reduce your saturated fat intake by 15 percent," (pg. 46, June 2009 issue). Making this small change to your diet can have a major impact on your weight and overall health.

It seems like every since Ive been pregnant, I just haven't had the urge to eat a lot of meat. I've been more into fruit and veges...I have to make myslef eat chicken some days just to keep up with my protein.
