Juneteenth Anyone?

Each year around the middle of June, African Americans celebrate the end of slavery on a national level. Cities across the U.S. host their own Juneteenth festival, and it typically consists of food, fun, and vendors. I know many African Americans who attend one faithfully each year. I'm not one of them. In fact, this year was the first time I've ever gotten an opportunity to experience Juneteenth. The best part was that not only did I get to attend a festival, but I also got to take part in one, as I assisted one of the vendors in advertising his apparel. I've decided to share my Juneteenth festival experience with you guys in today's blog roll, so check out my findings and pics below.
